If I could, I would give Mechanical Management and Design Solutions 10 stars. My heat went out when it was 5F outside. I opened Google and found three different companies push me to replace my furnace quoting me around ~ $6K. Sebastian from Mechanical Management actually took the time to troubleshoot my furnace and correctly identified what was wrong. I ended up costing me $350. That quality of service is very hard to find nowadays when everyone is trying to upsell. I would definitely recommend them and have them on speed dial.

Mike did a walk through of the home to make sure he was getting us the correct heat pump and furnace for our house. He answered any questions I had and did all the research. It does take some time before a proposal is sent. I appreciate the extra time and effort taken to provide an accurate assessment and plan.
Sebastian, Pedro and the rest of the team did amazing work to make sure everything was well done and corrected if needed. The work that our home needed was 2 new heat pumps and 2 furnaces. And a second system of 2 mini splits with a heat pump. They made sure to clean up as well. Sebastian did an excellent job of explaining all the work and systems at the end.
